Accessing the ARCserveIT online documentation

ARCserveIT documentation is accessible from the SCOhelp system, or from within the ARCserveIT Java manager.

To access the ARCserveIT online documentation from the ARCserveIT Java manager:

1. Log into the ARCserveIT system

2. Select any of the ARCserveIT managers

3. After the manager loads, select Help -> Table of Contents from the manager window.

1. Start scohelp by:

   • Clicking on the SCOhelp button from the CDE desktop

   • Or, from the command line, typing:
     
     scohelp

2. Select Backup and Restore from the left frame.

3. Click on the Online Guide link.
