On occasion, you will have scheduled a GFS rotation job to run when no one will be around to insert the correct media into the drive. For instance, you close the office for a holiday. On these occasions we recommend that you alter your GFS job a bit to accommodate these circumstances.
Altering your GFS rotation job for a particular day is best accomplished by utilizing the GFS Calendar view and changing the backup method for a date in question. For more information on this procedure, see `Modifying the backup method when using Calendar view'.
