ARCserveIT allows you to set the amount of time that will elapse before it starts to read the data from the required media. By default the amount of time before the first media is read is set to 5 minutes.
The default value providing that you have selected "Timeout for Additional Media" is 60 minutes. You can change the default if you want ARCserveIT to wait for a longer period of time before cancelling a job.
