Use the Job Status Manager to modify a job already in the queue. This way you can add options or additional targets to an existing job, without having to create a new job.
Follow the steps below to modify a job:
1. Highlight the job you want to change.
You cannot modify an active job or a done job.
2. Click the Modify button.
The job that you originally created appears in its manager window, with the original source(s), option(s), and destination(s) selected. For example, if the job is a backup or GFS Rotation job, the Backup Manager appears. If the job is a scan job, the Scan Manager appears.
3 Make the desired changes.
4. Click the Run button.
Change or re-confirm the original execution information.
5. Confirm that you want to re-submit the job.
