Multiple domains and trust relationships
As the network grows, simplify administration
by dividing the network into multiple domains.
Each domain has a unique name that you choose

A trust relationship is a link between domains where the trusting domain honors
the logon validations from the trusted domain. Trust relationships make the
network easier to manage and easier to use because each user needs only a
single account in one of the domains on the network, which can provide access
to resources anywhere on the network.
