Some Ethernet adapter drivers detect the media
speed automatically, although you can manually set it to 10Mbps
or 100Mbps. Set the speed manually if hardware
incompatibilities cause autodetection to fail.
NOTE:
You must be connected to a 100Mbps Ethernet network to use the
100Mbps option.
