To turn on a slot attention indicator, select a slot, then select
Operations Attention Indicator On

The Hot-plug Manager attention indicator associated with the slot turns yellow, and inside the machine, the attention LED next to the slot turns on.
Preferences
to enable or disable a confirmation dialog
before turning on an attention indicator for an empty slot.
