The Mail Manager

Main screen services

The services supplied via the menu options and buttons are applied to the category group highlighted (using a single mouse click) in the main screen. These are activated in context. For example, highlighting the ``Alias Files and Maps'' category activates Add, whereas ``Basic Configuration'' does not activate any button.

Double clicking on a category group displays the entries that make up the group. Alternatively, you can highlight the category group and then press <Enter>.

To modify any entry or value, highlight the entry and do any of the following:

Changes to some screens may be interrupted by clicking on the Cancel button. This causes any pending changes to the files to be discarded. For other screens, such as the main screen, alias file, channel table file, and domain table file screens, select the top left menu and exit. For example, for the main screen, selecting Host -> Exit will produce a dialog box that asks ``Do you wish to save your changes?''. Here you may answer ``Yes'' to save and exit, ``No'' to not save and exit, or ``Cancel'' to return to the Mail Manager. If no changes are made, the Host -> Exit menu option will not invoke the dialog box and will just exit.
