You always get a device busy message

Sometimes you'll find that you always get a Device Busy message, even though you know no one else is using the system. If this occurs, do the following:

1. Stop and restart the connection server using the procedure in ``Using the connection server in debug mode''.

2. Stop and restart ttymon using the procedure in ``Stopping and restarting ttymon''.
