DNS options
The following options define how a host, usually a remote access server,
should advertise DNS name server addresses:
- Advertised DNS addresses

How to obtain the IP addresses of
DNS name servers that are to be advertised:
- none advertised

Do not advertise DNS name servers.
- supplied addresses

Advertise the IP addresses that are specified as the
Advertised primary DNS server and
Advertised secondary DNS server entries.
- locally configured

Use the IP addresses of name servers that are configured in
/etc/resolv.conf (see
resolv.conf(4tcp)).
- obtained from DHCP

Use DHCP to obtain the IP addresses.
This feature is not currently available.
- Advertised primary DNS server

A DNS server to be advertised.
- Advertised secondary DNS server

An alternative DNS server to be advertised.
The following option defines how a host should handle advertised
DNS name server addresses:
- Get addresses of DNS servers

Whether the addresses of advertised DNS servers
should be obtained if available. If set to Yes,
these addresses will be included as nameserver definitions
in the host's
resolv.conf(4tcp)
file when the link is brought up.
