Configuring advanced daemon options

To configure the advanced daemon options, select the Options Advanced menu option from the ``Configure new LDAP daemon'' screen. The options supplied are as follows:

• algorithm used for approximate searches (see ``Specifying search behavior'')

• default access for search operations (see ``Specifying request access levels'')

• size and time limits for search operations (see ``Setting search limits'')

• recording a client's DNS entry (see ``Identifying a client'')
