Accessing NetWare volumes from UnixWare

Volume configuration requirements

The following table summarizes the configuration requirements for volumes in DOS, NetWare, and UNIX modes:

Mode Name Space Requirements NUC.NLM
DOS Must not have the NFS name space loaded; other name spaces (such as MAC) may be loaded. Not required.
NetWare Must have NFS name space loaded; others may also be loaded. Required; volume name must not appear on LOAD NUC command line in UNISTART.NCF.
UNIX Must have NFS name space loaded; others may also be loaded. Required; volume name must appear on LOAD NUC command line in UNISTART.NCF.
