Overview of NUC Connectivity

NetWare® UNIX Client (NUC) connectivity is the term used to refer to the set of protocols, drivers, utilities, and other software that enable a UnixWare system to connect to an IPX/SPX(TM)-based network and access available NetWare services.

This topic shows you how to effectively administer a NetWare server to be accessed by UnixWare users. It also provides details of the interaction that takes place between a UnixWare system running the NUC and a NetWare server running on another system, both of which are connected to the same internetwork. This information is essential to both NetWare and UnixWare administrators.
