Adding the new Server to the domain

To add a new slave server to the domain, perform the following procedure:

1. Log in to the master server as NIS administrator.

2. Edit /var/yp/binding/domainname/ypservers and add the new slave server's name to the list of servers.

3. Enter:
   
   cd /var/yp
   ./ypbuild ypservers

   The ypbuild command will update the ypservers map and propagate it to any slave servers.
