Making the automounter maps

By default, the NFS automounter maps auto.master and auto.home are not made on the NIS master server. To cause these maps to be made, perform the following:

1. Edit the Makefile in /var/yp on the master server, uncommenting the maps auto.master and auto.home in the ``all'' rule.

2. Edit the file /var/yp/YPMAPS on the master server, adding auto.master and auto.home to the list of maps to be propagated from the master server to the slave servers.

3. Run ypinit, following the procedure in ``Making the maps''.
