Setting up

File and Print Services can be installed on the server automatically with the UNIX operating system. These services can also be installed separately at any time.

If installed automatically, VisionFS will be shown as an installed application by the pkginfo(1) command. You should review the VisionFS configuration settings to make sure the defaults that were used during installation are what you need.

If it's not already installed, install VisionFS on the UNIX server using pkgadd(1M).

Once VisionFS is up and running, you can log into the Windows client as a VisionFS Administrator to further configure VisionFS using the Profile Editor.
