Viewing or modifying print jobs
Use the following steps to view or modify
print jobs.
-
From the browser, select a print queue object.
The ``Print Queue'' object dialog appears.
-
Select ``Job List''.
A list of print jobs in the print queue appears.
-
Do one of the following:
-
To view information about a print job,
select it. Then see
``Viewing details of print jobs''.
-
To hold a print job in the queue without printing it,
highlight it and select Hold.
-
To activate a print job currently on ``Hold'' status
in the queue so that it can be
printed, highlight it and select Resume.
-
To delete a print job,
highlight it and select Delete.
NOTE:
Most applications can send print jobs to a
network printer or print queue. This is usually
the easiest way to create print jobs with
the correct format for your printer, and so on. If
your application can print only to a local
port, use the NetWare User Tools to redirect
your workstation port to the network. See
NetWare Client for DOS and MS Windows User Guide.
