Calculating charge rates for accounting
To calculate a charge rate, specify the total charge as the
multiplier and the estimated resource usage as the divisor.
(To set the charge amount to ``No Charge'', enter 0 as the
multiplier.)
For example, if you want to charge $200 per month for server
disk storage, and there are usually 100,000 blocks used each
month on your hard drive, proceed as follows:

20,000 would be the multiplier ($200 in cents)

100,000 would be the divisor (disk block usage per month)
Therefore, users would be charged a cent for every five blocks,
that is, two-tenths of one cent per disk block used.
