Obsolete miscellaneous parameters

DMAABLEBUF
Formerly, the number of DMA pages to reserve.

SPTMAP
Formerly, determined the size of the map entry array used for managing kernel virtual address space.

MAXPMEM
Formerly, if the value was non-zero, specified the maximum amount of physical memory the kernel could use.

DO386B1
Formerly, controlled use of B1 Stepping software solutions to problems in early i386 chip production. This parameter was not to be set to ``1'' on Compaq processors.

DO387CR3
Formerly, controlled setting of high-order bits of Control Register 3 (CR3) when an 80387 chip was installed. This parameter was used to control a software solution needed to solve i386/i387 timing problems in early chip production.
