Assigning servers to a Server group

Once a Server group is created, you can assign any ARCserveIT server's job queue (within a given domain) to that group.

Steps for assigning servers to a Server group

1. Select the Server group.

2. Click the Add Group Member button.

3. From the drop-down menu, select the server you want to assign to the Server group.

4. Click OK to add the server to the selected group.

Displaying a server information within a Server group

To display all the servers contained in a particular group, select the group icon. To display a particular server's job queue contained in a Server group, select that server from under the group icon.
