The Report Manager window

All reporting operations start from the Report Manager window. To open the window:

1. From the ARCserveIT server's home page, select Reports.

Viewing a report or log

To view a report or log, highlight the report (or log) you want to view. The report (or log) contents will be displayed on the right side of the Report Manager window.

Some of the reports and logs have multiple listings associated with them. In this case, expand the log or report heading by clicking on the Plus button, then highlight the log or report to view its contents.

Report Manager functions

The Report Manager window provides a few functions to help manage both reports and logs. These functions include:

Cancel - which cancels the report currently being generated.
Delete - deletes the entire log.
Filter - allows the filtering of the contents of a log based on its date.
Clear - Click to delete all of the information from a log.
