Report basics

There are a number of logs and reports available in ARCserveIT. Each log and report can be viewed from the Report Manager window.

Logs

ARCserveIT logs provide a journal of activity. The following logs are available:

• Activity Log
• Media Server Log
• Database Log
• Queue Scheduler Log
• Discovery Log
• Arcserved Log
• Authentication Log
• GFS Rotation/Rotation Daily Log
• GFS Rotation/Rotation Full Log
• User Log

Reports

The following reports contain information from ARCserveIT databases. The following reports are available:

• Job Records Report
• Media Records Report
• Media Sessions Report
• Media Session Detail Report
• GFS Rotation Job Report
• Rotation Job report
