Administering filesystems

Filesystem types

In the Filesystem Manager, view the types of filesystem on your system by selecting View -> Filesystem Type. The types shown in ``Supported filesystem types'' are fully supported in the Filesystem Manager. Those present in ``Unsupported types (mount-only in Filesystem Manager)'' can be mounted with the Filesystem Manager, but not unmounted or configured. Unmounting must be done on the command line and reconfiguration by editing the /etc/vfstab file directly.
