Adding clients to the ARCserveIT database

In order for ARCserveIT to be able to display a particular machine within its browser, the machine name must reside within the ARCserveIT database.

Entering a machine into the ARCserveIT database

To enter a machine into the ARCserveIT database, follow the steps below:

1. Click on the Database icon to access the Database Manager.

2. Select the Clients tab.

3. Click Add.

4. Enter information about the client you are adding.
