After completing a LAN Manager upgrade to Advanced Server, you should check that the Advanced Server Registry has been upgraded correctly.
Use Server Manager to check the Logon Script Path in the Replication dialog box. Also verify that the Directory Replication paths have been upgraded correctly.
Important
LAN Manager, unlike Advanced Server, enables the Directory Replicator service automatically. Advanced Server requires administrators to create a special user account and to assign it to the Directory Replicator service.
