Selecting a backup destination

Once you have selected which objects you would like to backup, you must select which media to use for the backup job. The Destination window consists of a list of device groups associated with the selected ARCserveIT host server.

The basic steps for selecting the backup destination media, are listed below:

Expand the device group in order to make the destination media available for selection. Once highlighted, information for the selected media will be shown to the right on the Object Information Tab.
